New development in front of the Golf club and we completed the mainline system complete with a 15 HP VFD system and over 2 miles of 4" piping and sprinklers for each and every home from a central control system for the entire community and the common areas. We completed the first 2 phases on time and on the budget for the developer. We also installed 2 - 4" artesian wells for a lake management system. The system is a state of the art Hunter 2 - wire system with the remote operation for the entire community system. It was a system designed for proper water management for the 21st century which was designed to meet the newest and latest design criteria of the St. Johns River Water Management of the State of Florida.
